Cannot open hyperlinks in Outlook 2016 for MAC - Microsoft Community

since installing maintenance on 13th november 2017 cannot open hyperlinks in outlook email messages. previous behaviour open link in new tab in running chrome browser. new behaviour open new instance of chrome , leave me on home page. have cut , paste hyperlink browser. becoming quite tedious. i'm running outlook 2016 version 15.41 (171205) via office365 subscription.

it turned out problem mac os , fixed installing latest update high-sierra - 10.13.1

the same problem occurred both mac mail , postbox clients when clicking on links nothing outlook itself.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
