Font in linked spreadsheet keeps changing - Microsoft Community

i’m hoping might able me this.  don’t know has happened last few months fonts in linked excel document have been changing.  first noticed when update cell in powerpoint file (which linked excel spreadsheet).  when update when excel file closed, font change arial calibri, size change 10 11 , color of text change grey black.  if opened excel spreadsheet before updating link normal.  lately though on top of weird font change when updating links, have noticed when open actual excel spreadsheet, fonts, size , color messed on original.  there 2 people use document , both know not change anything.  have seen way , selected entire document , changed when open it, still looks funky. 

 

here screen shot of looks when update link while excel file closed.  looks in excel file when looks funky.  reason last 2 lines go funky, not first 1 in cell though.

we need first isolate main issue able resolution. make sure of everything, know if issue happening on specific file , app only. also, did make changes on computer prior issue?

meanwhile, suggest repair office app. lessen or remove problems apps.

we waiting response.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
