Outlook 2016 (Windows) rendering HTML mail has weird artifacts - Microsoft Community

hi,

i regularly have send email campaigns members.

having crafted html , viewed in order in browser, send them out.

receiving outlook 2016, email rendered horribly. if use outlook on ios or send other webmail account, email ok.

the conclusion have outlook 2016 must using archaic html rendering engine.

how prevent html email looking horrible in outlook 2016?

default message format in outlook html, , commonly used when sending emails. how message appears receiver depends on message format set in outlook client. have checked if message format set html in outlook 2016? also, have installed latest office updates?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
