Outlook sent mail syncing issues - Microsoft Community

i have version 14 outlook (2010) installed on macbook pro. sent mail move folders not sync server have on 9 thousand unfiled sent emails if @ email through web browser. understanding syncing issue sent mail known issue in version 14 microsoft never corrected until version 15.

will installing version 15 of outlook (2017) on macbook sync of sent emails, presumably filed locally on computer, server?

at rate, went ahead , installed newer version of outlook on machine , upshot worked , of sent mail had filed showing filed looks did copying i've got 2 copies of every sent mail. it'll easy enough delete sent mail box since copies of filed topically in mail box. feel should more automatic, it's solution i've come .

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
