at first did not closely @ alias  in section. when tried clicking on link below received following message microsoft.

[moved v&m , copy/pasted content invoking activex removed ~moderator]

according now-removed content, microsoft already aware of phishing email (via smartscreen filtering). delete message.

do not open emails weren't expecting or emails don't know. not click on links in emails weren't expecting - if looks know sent - or don't know.

fact: there isn't anti-virus/anti-malware application in world can stop determined user infecting own computer, intentionally or not.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
