Old Hotmail accout has been hacked - can't get back in - Microsoft Community

i have old hotmail account created in 2000. haven't used @ fifteen years, have old accounts tied it. believe got 5 years ago , changed password more date. so, i've had access @ point.

when logged in recently, believe got correct password, because login told me "someone else using account." reset password again, , still receive same message. have gone through recovery process many times, cannot remember answer security question set long ago, nor of old passwords. i noticed default contact email security code email have never seen. have been blocked trying again. 

the microsoft support site spins me in circles. automated assistant no help, , sends me password reset page when says should speaking person. password reset page starts on again. cannot find way email person. not automated systems can correct.

i unsure go here.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
