Since recent Windows 10 update my MS Office 365 (Word, Excel) - Microsoft Community

hi there,

i asked create new thread rather continue previous one.  title suggests, after recent (massive) windows 10 update ms word (office 365 - home) keeps crashing.  won't let me insert picture document , won't let me 'save as' (i believe same excel).  freezes, goes blank screen , gives options try to retrieve or close program.  if select 'retrieve' it generates error message - see below.  outlook seems working ok though.

i have tried update office, have current version, isn't available me.  i've tried repair office - no luck there either.  please help.  has been going on 2 weeks now!

i need instruction if need me send video of happens xbox not capture whole screen!

don't know if relevant but microsoft edge no longer works - starts up, freezes, shuts down.  i've had revert internet explorer send this.

we appreciate updates providing us. since still having same issue, still need perform other steps resolve it. asking access link , perform suggestion 3 , 4 made tiero chi. kindly check if steps provided applicable on end. if doesn't work, may try steps mentioned nigelshires.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
