hello. i'm trying use powerpoint screen recording first time start recording first second or 2 records when try play video. have 2 monitors, matter? have watched plenty of tutorials how use screen recording function have been unsuccessful in getting playback that's more couple seconds. can shed light on situation?

one of possible reasons why you're having issues screen recording feature because you're missing steps. use of dual monitors 1 of possible reasons too.

for better help, ask following questions:

  • have tried using screen recording on single monitor? did work fine?
  • which powerpoint version using?

for now, suggest visiting support article on how record screen in powerpoint. follow instructions correctly, , provide update.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
