subject line says all... have many rules made trying block one. blocking keywords in subject, keywords in body, senders name, using full "the choice home warranty" down telling delete if "home warranty" found in subject or body. "never pay covered home repairs again" appear , i've done rules well, , yet every day 1-6 of these in junk mail.

i've done (successfully) rules before auto delete... choice home warranty not stop popping up.

any suggestions? apart gmail?

  • when did issue start?
  • are accessing emails through outlook application or outlook.com?
  • what name of domain?
  • did use account on signing in different websites?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
