Using the "/a" option in "Send to" menu shortcut - Microsoft Community

i have custom shortcut in "send to" menu i've added " /a" end of path can attach file html email signature. have vba script in there achieves same thing multiple files. been working fine years.

about 3 weeks ago stopped working properly, because email window brings looks this:

as changed, automatically office updates , latest have build 1705. we're on delayed channel @ work know it's not latest. wondering if latest update might have broken something? can run script explorer , works fine. when run send menu though!

please run outlook in safe mode , check if issue still exists, if disappeared, please disable add-in 1 one , determine 1 caused issue.

if steps above cannot solve problem, please provide picture (just screenshot below) of detailed version of outlook further analysis. go file -> office account -> product information

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
