How to restore Page Breaks in Hotmail - Microsoft Community

since last upgrade, page breaks in hotmail have disappeared. inbox 1 giant block of messages, makes trying search , organize nightmare. have switched on using gmail, keep hotmail address since i've had 20 years. page breaks make easier me go through , clear out email, new sweep functions don't organizing.

i have mac, don't know if makes difference. went fedex use computer there, issue on computer.

there possibility web browser of computer you're using outdated. isolate issue, we'd ask questions:

  • have tested issue using other computer?
  • have tried using other web browsers?
  • have tried clearing browser's cache , try again?
  • when said "upgrade", referring windows update or outlook.com update?

in addition, can try test issue using own computer, or other computer updated browser. if issue still persists, can try re-setup hotmail account on outlook.com.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
