icloud and OUTLOOK folder - Microsoft Community

i installed icloud on windows 10.  got unexpected results on iphone.  uninstalled icloud, outlook personal folders keep showing on my  iphone.  when delete personal folders on iphone deletes them on outlook.  suggestions.  rog

hello rog,

there's possibility issue may arise due outlook credentials might need refresh device, or settings of outlook , online storage needs modified. when delete personal folder on device, automatically deleted on outlook app. best way resolve issue refreshing outlook account on device. so, suggest following workaround on link. article explains on how set email in outlook ios mobile app reset outlook account.

should encounter same issue, suggest contacting developer of online storage.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
