Messages from mailing lists going into Junk - Microsoft Community

recently have seen of messages range of lists ending in junk folder. cannot seem to able mark these safe have addresses in formats - john xxx <*** email address removed privacy ***>; on behalf of; john xxx<*** email address removed privacy ***>.  outlook.com seems recognise the *** email address removed privacy *** part , not on behalf part.  , there no point in adding @mail202.atl101.mcdlv.net domain safe sender list numbers change each mailout.

i did try use wildcards have since learnt wildcards not work in safe sender lists.  reasons cannot understand, has become big headache me - previous few of these being "junked" find have to manual move 10  such messages junk each day (i subscribe quite few mailing lists).

is there workaround this? believe people have been complaining lack of wildcard recognition years has never been fixed.  worse happening algorithm seems have become more hostile such messages! 

probably mailing lists getting classified spam. such microsoft processes spam priority on rules setup.

what going have happen mailing lists going have off of microsoft's black list.
