Formatting Table of Contents - Microsoft Community

need formatting table of contents word document. document contains dots page numbers links referenced images. have done while can not remember how did this......can please tell me how this?

if have used built-in heading # styles items want appear in table of contents, matter of going references tab of ribbon , making selection table of contents dropdown.  if 1 of standard offerings not suit requirements, can select insert custom table of contents item means of can customize table of contents required
