Outlook 2016 - Conversation View for Unread Mail Search Folder not - Microsoft Community

hi,

one of key things i've been using in outlook setup make work more efficient have conversation view turned on folders , subfolders , have unread email search folder active. 

this has gone plan while in outlook 2013 upgraded outlook 2016 (which i've been waiting ot hands on quite while now) , i've noticed slight , upsetting change. 

in o16 conversation view doesn't seem work in unread email folder - meaning organizes emails conversation if emails unread - in o13 still had choice click on small arrow , see previous emails in conversation (even if read).

i've checked make sure 'show messages other folders" on , tried resetting views , rebuilding them nothing.  

anyone run , if so, found solution?

note: have o365 work account, 2016 apps installed on windows 7 enterprise os.

in order submit new feedback, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. on windows 10 device, search "feedback hub" in cortana search, launch app. 
  2. navigate feedback in left menu, press + add new feedback. 
  3. select problem, , share details think relevant, , choose appropriate category , subcategory. 
  4. important: if possible, reproduce problem(s) after clicking begin monitoring (or start capture) near end of form; stop monitoring when you're done. 
  5. once you've complete form , monitoring, click submit. 
  6. click continue using feedback hub. 
  7. click feedback @ top, find item submitted (it may take while appear. 
  8. pen item submitted, click share. 
  9. click copy link, paste link in response (it like https://aka.ms/ link>)

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
