my exchange mail stopped syncing several weeks ago. i tried of "fixes" no success. randomly, around august 10, issue resolved , emails flooded inbox. however, started (or stopped again) on august 21. this causes me lose on calendar!! this huge problem!! i'm using outlook (but don't features set-up) while hoping , waiting exchange randomly start again??

issue happen other users in organization?
please try troubleshoot issue via using outlook web app determine whether related specific outlook client side.
