Windows 10 and OneDrive - Microsoft Community


microsoft, windows 10 , onedrive decided take upon documents , pictures folders without permission me, , without password, or set on part.  i must have dropped copied files on onedrive icon, guess.  when deleted files onedrive yesterday, deleted same files hard drive , no longer recognizes folders.  

thankfully, files in recycle bin, recover.  geek squad told me disabled onedrive yesterday, today when booted up, there files again on onedrive.  i tried uninstall onedrive, windows not let me that.  this horrible bug on windows 10, today worthless virtual assistant joke.  how did such once great company fall depths of buggy, lousy, useless software, no way speak human?  i hate windows 10 , nobody @ microsoft seems know other departments doing or care.  ugh!

one of few reasons why experiencing issues onedrive due damaged components of it. address concern, suggest unlink onedrive. unlinking onedrive stop syncing process of files saved on computer onedrive online account.

to unlink onedrive follow these steps:

  1. on system tray, click arrow button.
  2. right click onedrive icon , click settings.
  3. under account tab, click on unlink onedrive.
