sending batch emails or mail merge with Outlook 365 (or workaround - Microsoft Community

i have found outlook 365 woefully inadequate. closer in functionality gmail robust microsoft outlook. suspect answer question "you can't outlook 365" i'll ask anyway.

i have send identical emails multiple people cannot use bcc function because want personalize each one. there way in 365 without add-in app? when used ms outlook in past, use mail merge in conjunction outlook on computer. doesn't seem option outlook 365. other work around me create secondary signature have email have send; right-click on signature in new email , choose email have send (i used in ms outlook). right now, i'm having copy , paste verbiage first email multiple drafts, ridiculously time-consuming. there has better way (at least 1 hope).

from understanding, mean want send batch emails or mail merge outlook web app. based on test, it’s not feasible in outlook web app, can accomplish using outlook client, have mentioned. can use mail merge if have message send many people via email want personalized each recipient. may refer use mail merge send bulk email messages.
