microsoft office word - Microsoft Community

i have windows 10 office home , student 2007. office worked needs until windows 10 upgrade. in approx sept. year. have problem word docs in open file doc. emailed word doc , new doc have go through configuration process , when saved have go through whole process again open.

this vastly time consuming.

i have considered getting office 2016 home , student wonder if have same problem.

the office 2007 set has been checked , shows working ok'

what te solution? 

follow manual method in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2528748 using office 2007, have change command to:

reg add hkcu\software\microsoft\office\12.0\word\options /v norereg /t reg_dword /d 1
