Outlook 365 subsription executable loaded on my machine - not the web - Microsoft Community

i have outlook 365 subscription - executable installed on machine. *not* talking outlook.com, cloud-based application.

i email 3rd party (a small orange) - spam filtering tool called spam assassin. can log in web app , see mail have queued download me.

what expecting mail downloaded , sorted according rules have set outlook executable on machine. select "home" ribbon , select "junk" , select "junk email options" , click on radio button reads, "safe lists only: mail people on safe senders list or safe recipients list delivered inbox."

this function used work, not. spam winds in inbox though sender not on contacts list , not in white list set in the safe senders , safe recipient tabs on same dialog box.

 my apologies asking question third time, there seems lot of confusion outlook using.

we don't have release date production team support engineers. recently customers reporting issue use version 1706(8229.2073). temporary workaround, can revert office 2016 version 1705(8201.2102) ensure can use client normally. you can refer suggestion in article: how revert earlier version of office 2013 or office 2016 click-to-run. temporary workaround , looking forward use latest version once issue fixed have new feature , new functions, understanding , time.
