SenTo Mail Recipient makes explorer crash after updating windows 10 - Microsoft Community

after windows 10 creator update yesterday, cannot sent attachments using dropdown menu send mail recipient (right click on file emailed).

after clicking on send mail recipient, computer thinks few seconds, desktop becomes black , explorer crashes , resets. open windows on desktop disapear too, after explorer resets.

if right click on picture file , try send mail recipient, resize option appears working, looks picture resizes picture, , exlorer crashes, mentioned in previous paragraph.

all 3 compters have exact same issue, , have been updated yesterday @ same time.

outlook 2016 default e-mail program.

i tried command fixmapi (at administrator level too) , repairing outlook programs , features (both short , long), not fix problem, after restartin gthe computer.

i tried recreate sendto function within sendto folder ("c:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe" /c ipm.note), not fix problem too.

tried roll kb4025342, work either.

i have multiple languages installed in ms office: english, spanish, french, german, italian, russian , bulgarian.

any suggestions.

on test device i've installed newest microsoft updates , fine.

now release numbers following:

windows 10 1607 64bit - buildnr: 14393.1480

office 2016: 16.0.6741.2048

in 2 weeks install updates on clients , hope solve problem on every device.

edit 08.09.2017: problem solved on our devices newest ms-updates.
