need generate links can moved 1 folder without breaking path had received link document prior folder move.

after activate document id in site collection, new added files document id.

 

the document id column not added view of document library automatically, can follow steps below add column view of document library:

 

1.in document library, go library settings>views>all documents

2.in columns section, check on document id (linked document)>click ok in bottom.

3.go document library, column document id shows up.

 

if add new document in document library, document id generate automatically.

 

to link of document, go classic experience of document>click ellipsis(…) beside document>copy link in box like:

https://yourtenant.sharepoint.com/sites/1202site/_layouts/15/docidredir.aspx?id=hfu7uxn725kz-1846992760-6

 

id=hfu7uxn725kz-1846992760-6 document id of document, , when document moved folder, can still access , open document link mentioned above.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
