Microsoft Word Starter 2010 - Not responding in Control Panel - Microsoft Community

ms word starter 2010 not open on lenovo pc (windows 7 home premium).

no error message starts load nothing. i've tried use control panel fix problem same thing there too.

i right click ms office starter 2010-english > change. loads, nothing. 

this has happened before, uninstalled program (without of control panel) , reinstalled (which nightmare find download link btw free version). don't want have go through whole process again!

help!

there possibility issue might have occurred due office files have gone bad in system. 

 

let isolate concern starting pc in safe mode, launch microsoft word starter 2010. 

 

we suggest running microsoft office configuration analyzer tool 2.2. this tool diagnose office , check configuration.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
