microsoft office 16 (outlook), windows 10.

i have created rules block particular spammer. have blocked domain, sender, header, body, specific words , words in senders address. when create new rule, delete emails, not block future emails same sender. once more emails have arrived, not remove emails if manually run rule. if create new rule, deletes them all. have gone isp , viewed original email. not know how read code, have blocked parts see same on each , every email coming sender. have problem couple of senders, there way rules work on sender? there way block emails ip address? , if so, how know ip address block?

also, how manage rules? many rules create, not let me manage them. in fact, 1 shows up. have created of rules on version of outlook.

hi chris,

when no longer want see messages someone, can block sender. add specific sender blocked senders list, click message sender. on home tab, in delete group, click junk and click block sender. please click on link more details.

as of now, there no feature in outlook allows block senders ip address. however, messages addresses or domain names in blocked senders list treated junk. outlook moves detected incoming message senders in blocked senders list junk e-mail folder, regardless of content of message.

as question on how manage email messages using rules, can refer link more information.

regards.
