Is it possible to combine several smaller presentations into one Power - Microsoft Community

dear all,

i have 8 separate presentations , make whole story more professional, combine these presentations 1 big presentation/slide show

please me on one

leonard

simplest way:

open presentation 1 (we'll call p1) , put in slide sorter view.

open p2 , put in slide sorter view.

select slides in p2 (press ctrl+a) , copy them (ctrl+c)

switch p1 , put cursor you'd insert slides press ctrl+v insert them.

you should see little pop-up gadget lets choose whether want retain original formatting of pasted slides or have them take on formatting of presentation you're inserting them (ie, p1).  choose whichever you'd prefer.

repeat other presentations.

alternative:  if you'd flexibility of choosing slides you'll show next, can insert links p1 (or master single-slide menu presentation) other presentations.  let show sub presentations in order or skip of them.
