Error when attempting Presenter View in PowerPoint iOS (iPad) - Microsoft Community

i current subscriber of office 365, when try view presenter view in powerpoint ios (ipad), following message:

"office 365 feature

get feature , more subscription"

it works first time log in, , again if log out , login again, annoying.

also, in possibly related issue (happened around same time), mac os version no longer remembers recent files, true of office application (not powerpoint).

what i've tried:

  • reinstalled on both ipad & mac os
  • cancelled , restarted 365 subscription

any ideas?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
