My appointments are in local wall clock time, but Outlook changes them - Microsoft Community

my airline tickets specify departures in local wall clock time , enter these @ home, before leave other time zones. make appointment dentist half year in advance, in local wall clock time, summer time, while winter. have recurring appointments, again in local wall clock time. et cetera . . .

when fly or when change between summer , winter time outlook changes appointments , makes prewarnings useless. 

how can stop this?

• when did first encounter issue?
• are accessing email using outlook application (if yes, version) or through web browser?
• does of appointment local clock time changes every time visit other time zones?
