Please help! I'm in tears :'( Microsoft logged me - Microsoft Community

i created account can post in here.  here's problem:  

*  started when couldn't delete empty folders in outlook 2007 desktop program. 

*  went online , saw post outlook needed access account via web (something don't recall ever doing; if did, long ago don't remember).  long can remember, have accessed outlook email (which created through godaddy years ago) via outlook 2007 on laptop.  don't ever recall logging in on microsoft site!  

*  said wasn't recognizing password / login info.  went through verification process asks wayyyyy many questions (as mentioned before) haven't answered in years!  enter should be, returns saying wasn't correct , microsoft blocked me out of account.  

*  went through reset password process @ least (3) times.  when go log in, i'm getting messages beginning -- website isn't recognizing login.  

biggest problem because of this:  cannot access business email via outlook 2007 on desktop have clients waiting important responses weddings taking place next week!!  

called microsoft , says can post online.  go post online, can't login.  way around creating account can post in here.  

please please please me!!!!!!!  couple's wedding , business @ stake here!!!!!!!

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
