Trouble dragging documents from folders - Microsoft Community

i have mac.  just purchased office 2016.  i tried drag documents out of folder, no go.  tried command delete, nope.

is there sequence?

if can't delete these documents, i'm dumping microsoft , getting money refunded (either or bank)

what have tried doesn't work?

assuming files stored on local devices, macos [aka os x] not permit deleting, moving, or renaming files while using save/save or open dialog windows provided applications programs. if you're accustomed windows environment that's 1 of major differences between 2 operating systems.

"microsoft" has nothing other adhering apple's guidelines. in order delete user files on mac need use finder navigate location, delete file while not in use. see mac or apple support site version of macos details on file management.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
