Cannot start Microsoft Outlook - Microsoft Community

receiving following message:  cannot start microsoft outlook.  cannot open outlook widow. set of folders cannot opened.  calendar folder cannot found.

have uninstalled , reinstalled office 365 no avail.  thoughts?  running 64-bit windows 7.

ended getting via tech support , problem solved.  renamed outlook folder in appdata , new 1 created when opened outlook - works fine now.


Office / Outlook / Windows other / Office 365 for business

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
