How can I change the font on my emails? - Microsoft Community

have hotmail account cannot find way of changing font.  have no file tab search options, compose messages, stationery , font although must have had access these once have signature set cannot find it.

if you're using outlook.com send email messages, can change font clicking font icon while composing.

you can change default font when composing email message. follow these steps:

  1. click gear icon.
  2. select options.
  3. go mail > layout > message format.
  4. modify font, font size, , font style.
  5. click save complete.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
