How do I stop Mail Merge from printing every OTHER envelope? - Microsoft Community


using 2016 word mail merge & 2016 excel spreadhseet, xerox 7545 printer, i'm getting printing on every other envelope. 

i don't have filters on page, no print area saved, no cause can find. not printing letterhead on envelope, recipient name not long...help!

anyone have way solve this?

have «next record» field somewhere on mail merge main document, not need when doing letter or envelope type merge.
