Two mail accounts using the same account name using Outlook 2016 on - Microsoft Community

i had move outlook2016 old notebook new notebook. don't know went wrong, have 2 accounts under name *** email address removed privacy *** on new notebook. 1 account blocked error [800ccc0e-0-0-560], other works fine.

i guess problem caused having 2 accounts using same account name.

question: how remove blocked account? 

within outlook, file>account settings>email tab..... ensure working a/c shown default, remove bad 1

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
