Unable to delete emails from my msn account on my iPhone and/or

hello. name ed post.

have n’t been able delete emails iphone or ipad. when attempt delete email message, “unable move email folder”.

i have done following:

- restarted device.

- tried differrent networks. cellular , wifi.

- updated devices recent ios systems. 11.1

- removed , reinstalled msn account on both devices.

- contacted apple. set account “other” , added account manually device.

- worked short time. week. began experiencing again.

- apple tier 2 support sent logs devices engineering. said email “timing out”. reccommended contact msn support.

is there can reach out support issue?

possible outlook syncing server while performing task of deleting emails.

if have access pc or laptop, see if can delete emails through outlook.com.

while on it, know further concern. kindly answer following:

are there other emails linked outlook account?
- are emails trying delete sent connected emails?
is account connected exchange server?
