Can't sync my local video files in OneDrive folder with OneDrive - Microsoft Community

i have 2 onedrive accounts personal , business. however, when try sync video files in local folder(win 7) server in personal account, can't. same process can done in business account.

i assume when download video files directly local (personal)onedrive folder via torrent, issue occurred. because, when move downloaded files in folder(not belong (personal)onedrive) onedrive folder, sync process works.

is there solution?

we appreciate response. case, suggest uninstall , reinstall onedrive refreshes app. doing this, not lose files or data. can access signing in onedrive.com.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
