Cant access my old hotmail account or XBOX live. Cannot remember - Microsoft Community

have old hotmail account. i've had since teenager. i'm 32. anyway, changed phone , number few months , couldn't remember information. ever used email on phone , didn't need input password every time. includes alternative email account. i've tried multiple times gain access through recovery pathway , can't gain access. set silly. more annoying, can't access xbox live asked password. i've purchased 12 month xbox live subscription. useless. have access nothing. know personal details. knows emailed last or title of last emails were. it's ridiculous. please can rectify me.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
