Junk email filter - Microsoft Community


the junk email filter sends of email junk though have taken time mark senders 'not junk' - including 'never block sender's domain/mailing list. want turn off option not available reason - although blogs have read suggest should be. can help, please,  costing me far time!

we know more concern regarding emails on account. kindly answer questions below:

  • are accessing emails through outlook application or outlook.com?
  • are experiencing issue 1 contact only?
  • when did issue start?
