No formatting for fonts, bold and italics,etc when opening new message - Microsoft Community

when creating new email, formatting options not highlighted (greyed out) such bold, italic, etc. default html, these  should available.

happening while replying or while creating new mail? if received mail in text format, reply in text format causing formatting not available.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
