How to remove Mark up area when printing? - Microsoft Community

i using word 2016 write book.  i have embedded pictures taken off internet , file saved word macro-enabled document (*.docm) file.   not on purpose though.  when tried save a .docx file, said  must save docm, did.  since then, file opens correctly, when go print has 3" mark space along right , rest of document scrunched left.  how rid of mark space can print out pages?

have turned on track changes? http://shaunakelly.com/word/sharing/howtrackchangesworks.html  if there changes (a.k.a. "markup") have been neither accepted nor rejected, default printing behavior see.

if have markup want keep in document not print, in settings section of file > print page can open first dropdown (the 1 says "print pages") , uncheck print markup item @ bottom of menu.

if didn't intend turn on track changes (which case inadvertently pressing ctrl+shift+e), first turn off; click bottom half of accept button on review tab , click accept changes.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
