How do I get rid of the Recipient Cache in Outlook (365 version - Microsoft Community

hello

how rid of recipient cache in outlook 365, permanently?

i don't know recipient cache is, know don't want one. want 1 folder contacts located.
, don't want search results cluttered "recipient cash" nor "quick results" junk didn't ask for.

recipient cache folder autocomplete list - shouldn't seeing in outlook though. shouldn't seeing quick results folder - hidden folders in mailbox.

using outlook.com?
see folders if log outlook on web? if not, remove account outlook , add back. might enough delete data file (it's @ %localappdata%\microsoft\outlook - type or paste address bar of file explorer) - close outlook, delete or rename file restart outlook.

if doesn't help, have macro can use hide them.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
