URGENT! Automatic powerpoint transition - Microsoft Community

i have created powerpoint (ms office 2016 on windows 10) , need run automatically without needing click progress next slide. works except 1 slide refuses transition next.

the slide consists of recorded audio file, set automatically begin on slide.

i have number of images set animate (either grow , turn or zoom) previous (the audio file) @ staggered intervals (eg: image 1 delayed 15 seconds, image 2 delayed 19 seconds etc etc). had otherwise images wouldn't animate until audio file finished.

i have transition set advance slide after 5 seconds (the same others). audio goes approximately 2.5 minutes, set of other slides same , advance once animations have completed.

if has troubleshooting ideas please let me know asap - assignment due today, have been trying work 3 days , starting tear hair out.

your concern slide transitions can due values set in timing menu of application. better understand concern, we'd know version of office 2016 you're using on device. check can perform steps posted on link.

we'd request screenshot of timing menu section in powerpoint. see example below.

in meantime, we'd recommend performing following:

1. in preview section of powerpoint, locate , click specified slide.
2. press , hold ctrl + c copy slide.
3. press delete key on keyboard remove slide.
4. press , hold ctrl + v paste slide.

note: once done, check if still experience concern. if yes, can proceed steps below:

1. copy specified slide.
2. open new powerpoint window.
3. under preview section, paste slide.
4. create additional slides dummy.
5. check if you'll still experience same issue.
