Additional Templates - Microsoft Community

opening screen word should allow me search additional templates, when try, informs me not connected internet. running win7 , new h.u.p. download of office 2016. program works fine, not let me use search function.

please make sure connection enabled:
file>options>trust center>trust center settings>privacy options
make sure "let office connect online services microsoft provide functionality that's relevant usage , preferences" checked.

if is: uncheck it, close word, after open word again , check same option.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
