outlook 2010 - new appointments go wrong calendar when dragged email

for have better understanding concern, know if imap email protocol set data file. if so, suggest try setting different data file default. make sure calendar, contacts, tasks , notes exported or moved imap .ost folders local .pst (which set default data file). follow steps below:

to create local pst file:

1. go file, click on account settings , select data files tab.
2. click on add , type in name .pst file.
3. set default data file.
4. close outlook , reopen it.
5. move contacts contacts (this computer only) folder contacts folder in new .pst file.
6. switch calendar (this computer only) folder.
7. switch list view.
8. select , move or drag appointments new calendar folder.

repeat step 5 tasks , notes, if necessary.

to remove (this computer only) folders imap data file.

1. close outlook.
2. open windows explorer, type %localappdata%\microsoft\outlook in address bar.
3. delete imap ost file.
4. restart outlook.
