OneDrive Cloud Only Very Slow Copying from Shared to Files - Microsoft Community

some files shared me. mixture of photos (jpg) , videos (mp4) range in size 400kb 200mb.

using web interface have found slow copy these files "shared" folder "files" folder. given copying activity occurring in microsoft onedrive "cloud" process of copying should extremely fast. copying 20 files shouldn't take 30 minutes or more. 

i regularly conduct similar copying functions using google drive web interface can copy 100gb of files shared folder "owned" drive folder in less 10 seconds.

why onedrive orders of magnitude slower?

and why onedrive stall or crash when doing such copy?
again using web interface.

the speed of downloading files in onedrive dependent on speed of internet connection, server-side issues, size of files you're downloading, or other activities on computer. check service status of onedrive on link see if there problem server.

note: may want contact internet service provider check issues internet connection.

keep posted status of issue.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
