Groove Music is not streaming over cellular data, anybody have a - Microsoft Community

hello!

i received oneplus 5, android phone, running oxygen os 4.5.3 mirroring android nougat 7.1.1.

i downloaded groove music , signed in. when tried play song says "sorry, can't play song." no error code.

the music stream on wifi, not on cellular data. turned data saver off, turned "only stream on wifi" in groove off , still isn't working. allowed unrestricted data access app , have unlimited data plan. typically 75-100mbps down , 20mbps speeds.

i chatted support , said licensing issue. helped me forth in right direction want resort crowd support find solution.

my groove music pass renews every year automatically , have had 4 years or so. want work.

edit: yes songs on onedrive stream fine on data, not ones using groove music pass. willing provide logs if need because don't want cancel $120 subscription halfway through yearly cycle filled on 2,000 songs.

edit edit: have deleted cache , data app through android , have tried reinstall no luck. 

sorry this, stinks. i'm posting let know i'm following our android experts see if know what's going on.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
