Outlook email linked with wrong profile - Microsoft Community

have found out when send emails outlook.com wrong google profile being linked them when opened in gmail. recipient sees name incorrect photo (not 1 have or ever used) , when hovered or clicked reveals different name , link totally wrong profile.... male female !! ..... not on business emails!.   how can rectify please. ?

in outlook.com, can associate other accounts through using connected accounts feature. regarding concern, profile you're referring connected account outlook.com? also, troubleshooting steps have tried far?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
