SharePoint Endless Loop - Microsoft Community

hi all,

yet sharepoint online infinite loop issue - yet see resolved online.  using ipad access office 365.  can login using browser (firefox, chrome, , safari) in cases after reach landing page tiles mail, word, etc., once click on sharepoint tile, browser gets caught in endless refresh or login loop.

i've cleared cache , opened browser in cognito mode, etc. suggested in multiple other topics related issue.

no luck resolving issues far. appreciated trying rollout ipads using office365 , sharepoint.

from description, seems can’t access sharepoint page when clicking sharepoint tile on ipad.

 

if yes, move forward, i’d confirm , provide following.

1. check if can access other office 365 services on ipad account.

2. confirm whether can use other accounts access sharepoint page on ipad.

3. test on ipad see result.

4. check if can access sharepoint page account on pc or mac.

 

moreover, suggest test in network environment check result.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
