when trying install 32-bit or 64-it version of skype business, have error message prevents installation.

from screenshot, we'd explain we can't have office products of same version (like 2013 or 2016) use 2 different installation technologies installed on same computer. in cases, can't have 2 different versions of click-to-run applications on same computer.

 

you can find more information in article: office installed click-to-run , windows installer on same computer isn't supported.

 

we suggest uninstall both microsoft office in surface, ensure uninstall office 365, can use easy fix tool in article: uninstall office pc.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
