Outlook for Mac 2016 (15.37.0) - "Add Attachment" - Microsoft Community

can confirm microsoft removed keyboard shortcut insert attachment open new message? used command-e. worked until 1 of recent updates. when type that, centers line of text i'm on. docs still list of 2017-08-15 (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/keyboard-shortcuts-for-outlook-for-mac-07ae68c8-b7af-4010-b225-324c04ac7335). shortcut isn't shown in "attachments" menu under "drafts" (which wasn't "message" previously?), makes me think removed.

did remove or has changed? rely on keyboard shortcuts through email. i'm hoping i'm missing something.

based on test, shortcut works fine in outlook 15.37 version. please share detailed version such 15.37.170815. if version different this, please try updating outlook client again. 

click > check updates > tick manually check > check updates.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
