Outlook.com Account on Outlook Does Not Save Credentials in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i running microsoft outlook (desktop - windows 10 - latest versions) , have added outlook.com account outlook can edit outlook.com calendar within outlook desktop.  periodically, windows 10 (not outlook) login pop appears asking me to login to @outlook.com account.  when launch outlook desktop, never when don't have outlook loaded.  check box save credentials login pop-up returns.  i'm pretty sure windows popup not login request outlook distinctly different.  windows 10 pop-up opens on second display monitor , larger blocky "metro" styling , sort of beige/gold color.

i have of course googled, uh excuse me, bing'd solutions , tried them.  i'm not going bother listing i've done as from many years of experience know tech support likes walk through steps if you've done them.

so fire away microsoft support.  let's fixed!  i've put months.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
